Born in Tirol, Siegfried Kröpfl shaped Austria’s top gastronomy for decades as Executive Chef at renowned luxury hotels such as the Imperial, Hilton, and Bristol, earning multiple Gault Millau awards along the way. Since 2015, he has specialized as a gastronomy consultant with a strong focus on vegan cuisine, creating innovative concepts and teaching through seminars and cooking classes. As an honorary member of the Vegan Society Austria, he now brings his experience and creativity to our vegan gala dinner.
